Great workbook

This is just a summary of Atomic Habits with chapter recaps and action plans at the end of each chapter and a one-page self-test with answers at the end of the book. It didn't even have the charts that are in the original. Pedestrian prose without the zing factor of Atomic Habits, a book I found quite valuable. Just buy the original Atomic Habits and don't bother with this so-called workbook.

I loved the book, but didnt have time to read it again. Loved the break down in this overview and how there is a summary at the end of each unit/chapter review.

This is just a hack job rewrite. Important detail not even included from book. Nothing that says workbook at all. Mediocre action plans. Save your money. There is a better workbook available

If I'd known this “workbook” contains a “DISCLAIMER [being] an unofficial summary" that doesn't even get the title right—referring to the book as "Tiny Habits" on one of the first pages—I wouldn't have thrown my money away on it. Buy this only if you read so poorly you need a bad "Cliff Notes" version of an already ultra-accessible book. Unable to imagine how bad those other available workbooks, which have received even lower reviews, must be—I can only wonder whether Clear was conned into an Atomic Habits contract that allows anyone to create spin-off products related to his title.

I’m amazed that this book has no page numbers! Which makes it WTF hard to refer to a particular page…..AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

It's a workbook, I expected a preview to show me an exercise. I can get the ideas of the introduction just from reading the main book. I would suggest that putting up an exercise would sell more workbooks than the introduction.
