Love the quality and look
All my existing exterior doorknobs are by Schlage, so of course when needing new front door hardware, I looked at that brand first. I was not impressed with the styles they were offering. As soon as I saw the Kwikset handles, I knew that this was the look I was looking for. They are very heavy duty and I love the color and look. The only drawback is that I cannot key the lock to match to my existing door key. So therefore, I have to have two different keys to unlock my doors. The good news is that I don't use my front door for entering my house, so it didn't really matter or factor into the decision.

Cheaper on Amazon than at HD
Looks great with our newly painted door. Durable, strong. Waiting to see if scratches show up near the key hole but overall great handle.

Solid lock and handle. Looks great in matte black, easy to rekey
Replaced an old beat up deadbolt and handle that were installed 20+ years ago. Glad I did, this was a solid replacement with BHMA certification of 1 (the best). It's infinitely more secure than my previous lock/handle combo and now the door closes properly. The price is cheap for peace of mind.

Stylish and Functional
Just as easy as any other lock to install. Love the ease of programming and rekeying feature. Would buy again no doubt.

Great look, drains batteries quickly...
Great look, secure lock, overall love it. But for some reason it drains the batteries very quickly. We have a similar lock on a rental property and that one only needs new batteries every 6-9 months. We've changed the batteries 3 times in 7 weeks with this one. Not sure why...

You CAN figure out the install
The second one will be a lot easier than the first, and the instructions are difficult at best, maybe a manual on how to decipher the manual???
