I've never had this brand before, and I'm always looking to try different flavors and brands of honey. I settled on the Forest Honey. The honey came partially crystalized, but that's fine, I know it can melt down to a smooth texture again. Impressed with the packaging it came in, looked really sturdy/well-protected!I was surprised how robust the flavor of this was--I've never tried a forest honey before but knew many people have said that's how it's supposed to be. To me, this totally has a fig-like profile--which is great if you like figs of course. Loving this in coffee, with strong cheeses to stand up to its flavor, or just a spoonful as is.I'll definitely buy another flavor from this brand in the future--maybe something lighter as an alternative!

About 9 years ago I tried pine honey and it tasted amazing and became my favourite. But I have never seen any conifer honey again. So, I really wanted to find one. Even though this honey isn’t pure pine, I still wanted to try. And it tasted amazing (also rating high, since I read in reviews that this honey crystallises). Since it had chestnut, it gave taste even more uniqueness. I will think about another flavours, but this one I will order againEdit: I have ordered pine and heather honey. It tastes great, but I do prefere less liquidy honey, like previous one

Such a decadent indulgence of plain Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and it's so healthy. Arrived quickly and in a well packed box.

Great tasting natural honey, used in coffee and rice pudding. Will definitely reorder.
