My 12yo son has asked for a punching bag the last few years but due to space and budget, it was a no. This was a great solution. We stuff it with pillows and blankets for him to play and then we can empty it and fold it away. It's very thick and sturdy!

This was perfect for us--strong bag, easy to fill, economic, and sturdy. We ordered the gold color--it looks gold, shiny too. I had 2 queen sized quilts I was no longer using and it perfectly filled the bag. We just tied it up to the bunkbed. My 8 year-old loves it. He uses it to de-stress and practice taekwondo. I'm sure this would work great for any punching/kicking sport, especially if there was a proper place to hang it.

It's just too small, even for kids. By kids, they do not mean teens either, so buyer beware, this is for young small kids.

have 3 kids 9, 7, 5 and they have beat this thing up and still new looking and sturdy.

I love this product. Use it to workout with the kids, great to travel with, and fun to hit myself. I fill it with 2 yoga mats when we want to practice. We use 12oz gloves on it. I hang it from my aerial Silk rack.

My son loves it we got it for him for his birthday. We stuffed it with his old cloths and hung it up. It keeps them from fighting as much.

Like the price & the fast delivery too.

It is not very good and sturdy material. Won't last long for kids. Disappointed.
