The charger for this product doesn't work, and I was very upset thinking it was the product, but I put a different charger in it and now everything is wonderful, the device turned back on, and I can't stop using it, and my face is really thinner but above all my double chin has decreased impressively, buy it you will not regret it.

As people age, their face naturally sags downward due to gravity pulling down on our skin and loss of elasticity and collagen in our face. Unfortunately, it has already started happening to me, so I decided to purchase this, despite knowing the effects will likely be minimal and I would have to come using this regularly to see any kind of noticeable improvement.I've used it maybe four or five times, and I didn't see any changes, although the massage mode could trick you into thinking something must be going on, and the lights make it seem like they are also achieving some unknown purpose (whatever it says on the tin about pores or regeneration). The best thing about it was its auto-off feature, when it's done massaging your face, it will turn off my order and you don't have to set a timer.However, after the battery was completely drained, when I tried charging it, it just lit up with all its lights and proceeded to madly beep continuously like an annoying alarm clock that won't shut off until I pulled the plug. Which effectively means that this device is no longer useable, as it cannot be turned on anymore and it cannot be charged due to it beeping loudly if charging is attempted.Needless to say, I prompted tossed this useless piece of plastic into the rubbish bin and never looked back. Don't buy!

Not like it didn't work the way it Should

I liked my chin reducer, but it wouldnt work after i recharged it. Amazon wont take it back, so i contacted the seller. Thet responded very promptly and they are not only sending me a replacement, but 2 of them. Great customer service. I'm looking forward to getting the new one(s).

product vibrates when its on the charger but won't hold a charge or turn on when its unplugged. Pretty bummed. I bought it awhile ago and just recently started using it so I don't think I can return it. just be aware or use it right when you get it smh
