It’s a great light work to start with once u r on the journey of looking inside n be curious about self . It’s gives a very clear perspective of how n why this work is needed n helpful n how to do it while self awareness is the biggest gift one can give oneself to live a peace ful and healed life in the world as a mature and responsible adult

This one is going to connect you to your soul. It is full of insight, wisdom and a ton of mind vitamins. I love this book and am reading it again to pick up more nuggets of wisdom 🙌

Libro interesante pero muy general. Me dio la sensación que describe mucho como vivía y que logró un gran cambio pero no da el como realmente. Es muy general.

I am going through very similar circumstances as “Yung Pueblo” but different circumstances. Almost everything I have read in his emails and have read in “Lighter” has thus far hit the mark. BULLSEYESome days the emails are bang on to what I am experiencing or am working through. I often wonder if it is guidance or reassurance when I need it the most.
