Durban Street Folding Bike- Black

On my third day of riding this bicycle, the right peddle shattered and broke completely away from the mounting device. I tried to call the number for Durban Bikes USA LLC @ 2041 Rosecrans, Suite 322 El Segunda, CA 90245 @ 1-855-42-42BIKES (24537) listed in the User Manual to obtain a replacement peddle. This number rings busy no matter what time day or night I tried to call.I am anxious to resolve this problem but I do not know how to proceed.

Great bike. So far I am very satisfied with it. Its built quality is excellent. It is fast and its ride is great. I think at least this model is underpriced because is too good to be truth. I enjoy a lot riding it. Thanks Durban for such a great product.

Convenient. Good as regular bike.

I like the bike for the price I paid ($199). It is a little heavy but I can't complain.It feels sturdy and folds/unfolds quickly. It came with mud guards and rack installed. The only issue I've seen in the bike in last 3 days use is that it's stand does not fold up when pedal is near to it.

Utilicé esta bicicleta para transmutar en el diario de mi rutina casa-escuela-trabajo. Aprendí a la mala que no puedes dejarle caer todo el peso para arrancar pronto en los pedales, se rompió uno y tuve que sustituirlo por uno fijo mucho más fuerte.No es muy pesada, se asemeja al peso fe una de montaña, sino es que un poco más ligera.Yo peso alrededor de 98 kilogramos y mido 1.76 cm y me resulta muy cómoda para andar en la ciudad y un poco en la terraceria. Eso sí, para ser plegable es algo grande comparada con una brompton.Algo más, he bajado bruscamente aceras junto con mi mochila de alrededor de 2 kilogramos y no he tenido ningun percance por durabilidad. Es una bicicleta muy sólida.

Folded, it fits in my car much better, and the hinges don't feel cheap. My only issue is the folding pedals are cheap and break easily, I replaced mine. The fender and brakes needed adjusting.Not a big deal for a reasonably priced bike (I found one at a discount), but if you are paying full retail then this might spoil your experience.
