I had a hammer toe issue and these work to keep it from hurting or getting hot when I run. I am able to wear them under a sock and they are not uncomfortable when I put on the shoe. I only use the left foot one.I did have to return my first pair because they ripped apart as I tried to get them on. If you take your time and are careful they can be fitted on your foot. They are not a grab and pull on kind of deal. There is a definite right and left side based on the number of breathing holes in the device.I will give the company props for replacing the ones I wrecked. Have had no issues with the replacements but I do take my time now getting them in place.

They are a little hard to put on and make shoes really tight. Then I saw an add that said to wear them in the evening while watching tv or when you have your feet up. That works ok. I tried to wear them at night but it won't stay on in bed.

Tried on and while the silicone was very soft and comfortable, it didn’t effectively separate the toes but a few millimeters which is not going to be effective as a toe spacer device

OK. Upfront, these are not comfortable in my shoes. I'm in boots all day and these become painful about an hour in to my day. However, I love to sleep with them on, especially, after a good work out because my foot starts to cramp in response to lactic acid build up. It happened a lot when I was low vit d. I put these on when I fell the cramp or just when I'm going to bed. My feet feel so much better the next morning. I'm, also, seeing slight improvement in how my toes look. I'll keep using them to improve my foot health. This was a great buy.

As far as toe separation, this doesn't work because the silicone pads between the toes is too soft and squishy, it compresses down like marshmallow and allows the toes to go where they normally go.And as far as metatarsal (ball of foot) pads go, this works, SORT OF. It's soft and squishy silicone, but it's so squishy that it lets your foot slip around like you're walking on sand, one step forward, half a step back. That caused me to have to take smaller steps to avoid slipping. I THREW THEM AWAY AFTER THE FIRST USE. Try another brand. I've had others that were firmer silicone that worked as intended.

It is hard to get socks on over them.

These are the best product I've tried (to comfortably spread my toes apart). I wear socks over them to keep them clean and wear around the house. They seem super comfortable enough to wear all day and also while wearing shoes. Super soft and squishy product material make them soft and comfortable to wear. The fact that the style of the product is a 'little longer', to extend onto the foot somewhat, was the key factor in ease of application and feel securely placed (once on). I have short stubby toes and it's been a minute to find the correct product. This is the one. And you get two pairs for a great price. Will be ordering again.

Product is probably great but with my arthritis I just could not put them on by myself. Too difficult to get all toes in the openings.

Put one pad on my left foot. What great relief on the front of my foot. Oh my goodness finally I feeling relief on my left foot also under too. What a great investment my foot feels good. Thanks for this type of product on Amazon or I can barely walk. I went for massage therapy for month in a half. Finally get movement back on my foot and can put my socks and shoes on again.
