Works well. Collapsible to save space in the summer
Nice rain barrel that works well. Has the added benefit of being collapsible in the dry season so it doesn’t just take up space.

Buckles and Explodes when Full
I liked that it was lightweight to carry and easy to assemble. I did not like that after a thunderstorm it buckled over and exploded dumping 53 gallons of water flooding the immediate area next to the house. I contacted customer support twice now and have received no response even though they state they will answer questions within 24-hours/immediately. I purchased it last June 2022, stored it as directed in the garage after last September 2022, placed it under the house gutter this June 2023 and by July 2023, it was useless. Their customer support is HORRIBLE and unresponsive. Do not buy this product unless you like spending money on trash.

Not bad. Time will tell.
The setup was very simple and all components were supplied. The lower valve washer does drip a bit but it should seal on its own in a few days. I have really crappy water in my region with a lot of deposits. I would recommend that you use a marine sealant on the rubber washers when you install. I didn't! I live in southern California and conservation is important. Especially when it comes to water. We actually use containers that we fill while waiting for the water to get warm in the tub and kitchen sink. All that goes in this rain barrel. We then use it to water the garden. This is a good product and really makes sense if you live in a arid environment.

Working great for me
Had a little burp with mine - it was missing half of one of the support poles. A quick email to the seller and they had one in the mail by the next day. Burps happen, but they handled it great. It's otherwise just a 10 min very easy assembly.I'm dismayed to see this isn't available. Or maybe they're just sold out. I've left it filling in all this rain and it's been great. Plenty sturdy. The spigot is nicely low, you can get nearly all of it out, which is the point. If you can, fill it up a little when you set it up. It helps seat the feet flat and fully apart.I prefer collapsible types because they can be moved around a lot easier than a tank. Useful to be able to move it anywhere on the property.Don't forget to use the Smile.Amazon.com address - It's an Amazon program where many everyday things you buy will generate a small donation from Amazon to the charity of your choice at no cost to you. I fill it daily with our dehumidifier water, we live in a high humidity part of the country.
I water my patio and house plants daily with my dehumidifier water which produces well over a gallon a day in our humid part of the county and I always have some left over. Literally, water in our home's air causes mold and makes the temp feel hotter inside. So I am super happy to be a little more independent of the water company having this for rain and the excess water from the dehumidifier. It's perfect for simple around-the-home use, it wouldn't be able to take rainwater coming off a large building for very long and you'd need one of those large livestock portable transport tanks for high-volume rainwater. But for a perfect way to water your patio plants with excess water from faucets waiting to warm or dehumidifiers or even a low volume rain gutter, this is sturdy enough for that. I really plan on investigating rainwater collection further and this is my first step in trying it. I have a large equine barn and the rain just gushes from the spouts on all four corners and would be a great opportunity but I want to learn to do it correctly. I got this because it is super interesting to me to be a little more independent.

Doesn't fit my garden hose
I kind of have mixed feelings about this because it does collect rainwater but I can't seem to do anything with the rainwater because I can't figure out how to attach a hose to the bottom nozzle. My hose definitely will not connect, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong because the product page says that it will fit a standard garden hose, which is what I have. I unscrewed my garden hose from the wall spigot and just tried to put it on this and it definitely didn't work. So now I have a rain barrel full of water and nothing to do with it. It seems kind of useless at this point. That said I haven't had any problems with it falling apart or leaking and the design keeps the rodents out so I don't find drowned animals in my rainwater. I just don't really have any use for it since I can't do anything useful with the rain water once I've collected it.

Garage product
What a waste of time! Didn’t last one night of rain and it ripped.

Came with a hole
For the price it’s okay, but after setting up, with the first rainfall we noticed a small hole at the bottom. Not happy.

Nice looking, but
Easy to assemble, although the spout at the bottom is not secure - it easily pops out & leaks. I have had to empty it in order to try and tighten the bottom to no avail. I will be purchasing a different style.
