Love this board. Very durable as I was toting it around during my clinical year in school. I loved using this as opposed to using a ton of paper to write and rewrite my note. The pen and erase could definitely be better, but I just bought the 4 pack of markers and a different eraser.

I love nu board - I've been wasting a lot of paper on writing down random thoughts and notes, and also used up a lot of paper to write out psudo code when I solve online coding practice problem. This is perfect to substitute everyday note book! I also got different colors of white board/erasable pen with this - it's great. Definitely recommend it.

It's hard to erase the whole page without another form of erasing because the eraser on the marker is too small for the whole page. Also, sometimes the pages get some slight scratches/indentations and we can't erase the ink that gets in those. The spiral coil starter to come off and I had to tie it with a string. Otherwise, it is easy to carry, nice with the strap to close it and keep other papers/notes secure.

I also purchased the version without the overlay sheets between boards in a landcape layout. While I do like that layout, I'd much rather have this one with the divider sheets. This allows you to mark up a page and then remove all the markups without erasing! Now I'm in business. Work from home necessity!

I now have both the small and 8.5x11 Nu Boards. They are great for taking notes and sketching. I take photos of anything I want to keep. It has virtually eliminated my use of paper (which is why I bought these) and I can search my notes once I enter them into Evernote.

My biggest thing is even though the booklet said it came with a marker, I did not receieve one. Not to mention the booklet looks like someone had been using it and did a bad job of erasing everything.

Perfect. I left an office with a huge whiteboard and couldn't be without it. This is better because it's portable and has a ton of pages and wipes away easily (water on a tissue does the trick for older dried stuff). I never take notes on paper anymore and never run out of whiteboard space anymore.

Unfortunately this is nothing like a dry eraser board. The pen is difficult to erase and it leaves marks, even after erasing immediately. I read reviews that said you had to erase text promptly in order for it to come off with ease but it still sucks. It’s like writing with a pencil and erasing it with an eraser. It’s that much effort. Safe your money - buy yourself a piece of paper and no. 2 pencil.
