I’ve used the Sonic electric face cleaner for a year, but unfortunately got the base wet, I can no longer charge the brush handle.It’s a great replacement for my Clarisonic (that is no longer available). I have purchased 3 other electric face cleaners and they were not anywhere near the quality of Clarisonic. The strength was weak or brush bristles too rough. This came very close.It’s worth the price. Just DON’T get the base wet. Besides the not very durable base, I love this product.

I bought this for my wife as the previous device she had was end life and no longer available, also alternatives she had tried were not very good.This brand was recommended to us and my wife couldn't be happier.We did have a technical issue but the customer service team responded excellently and all is now well.If you are looking for a product like this, I would 100% recommend this device and the company

Update here: the company sent me a new brushing system once they received notice from Amazon that my charger had burned. I really like the quality of the brushes and the system does a good job with deep cleaning, etc. The brush itself holds a charge for a very long time, which is great for traveling. I appreciate their response and action towards rectifying the situation. Sadly, after only 3 months of use, the charging station literally burned at the port where the cable inserts. I did not have this set up in an area where it would get wet, etc.Pretty disappointed.

Used daily for shaving face and head. Ultrasound cleans well without throwing shave cream or cleanser off brush and does not cause irritation. I just wished that it had a setting to stay on rather than a timer that stops it. Timer is ok but because I shave my head and face it would be nice to not restart.

This is a great product. I bought this to have in our vacation house and found it to be as good as Clarisonic or better. I love the way this charges as the Clarisonic has to be plugged in all the time. Interestingly enough, a few days ago something went wrong with the battery in my Clarisonic & it’s not replaceable so it’s junk. Will buy another one of this one.
