Metro PCS Try Cut SIM Card

Pain in the ass. The 888 number connects you to T-Mobile then they say they can’t activate it so they transfer you to Metro PCS. So by this time I’ve spent over 30 minutes on hold. When I did get a hold of of them it was a guy in India with a bad phone connection. I could not understand the guy so we just hung up. I ended up have to go to T-Mobile and buy a new SIM card and not use this SIM card. Waste of time and money

Anyone who wrote a bad review did not know what they were doing. For starters when you get the card you pop it out at the right size you need it and insert it in your phone on the actual card that it comes in there's a white paper with faded numbers you need to peel that paper off and it will reveal your sim card number. Then you need to call 611 and the agent will walk you through everything free of charge.

It wasn't that easy to activate, but I was able finally to talk to some customer service (saying that I had doubts about the invoice, and I explained him that I needed to activate a sim card because in the store they were charging me for doing it, the guy helped me and for now everything goes fine, the service, signal, data, etc, everything works WAY BETTER than cricket and straight talk.I think I will stay using their services because its really reliable and I have good signal almost everywhere.
