IF you assume this is about the same stuff that's in the Seventh Generation Dish Pacs (amazon.com/dp/B00C43H85G), you should be able to get about 70 loads per box. The Dish Packs are 0.63oz each according to the packaging (12.6oz for 20 Packs), meaning this 45oz box would contain the equivalent of 71.4 packs. It would require a good kitchen scale and some experimenting to find an appropriate measuring spoon that could give you 0.63oz, but at least this is a ballpark. Even if you used 1oz/load, at current prices this box would still be a better deal than the Packs.

They make two sizes. 45 ounces and 75 ounces. So yes it is 45 ounces. Do a search for the item with 75 ounces
