Instructions
The media could not be loaded. So after following the instructions about installing the app first, the process to work this device on a TV (as a mirroring device) are as follows.1) Plug hdmi cable into tv2) Plug the other end of the hdmi into white box3) Plug Phone charger cable into white box4) Connect phone charger cable to power source (mains plug or laptop)Phone MUST be charging at the same time to use this device!5) Connect white box into phone6) Wait to hear charging sign7) Wait for 'trust the device' to appear on phone - hit confirm8) Wait! a few seconds and phone should appear on TV screen.Hope this helps someone.

DO NOT BUY THIS
First one I ordered didn’t work so opted for them to send me a replacement, also didn’t work. It was as if the hdmi bit was too small to actually fit the cable into. I have returned both items and have checked the track and trace and both of them have arrived back 7 days ago but no sign of my refund.

Lack of support.
No support with my 20W iPhone charger and brick (original charger came with phone and got brick from apple) , only supports 5V charging brick. display only works on monitor not tv, the latency is really bad, try to play games but lags a lot, same with watching YouTube, no end of lag unwatchable.
