Durable, easy to assemble, great price!
Spring is almost here! I purchased this for my front patio. And I love it!! Well made, solid, durable and easy to assemble. Only took me about 15 minutes. Also the Perfect height for my 5'3" frame. No bending or kneeling required.I’ve kept mine indoors (4 season room) for a couple of months now until the weather gets nicer, I have found that The Chinese redwood smells lovely.. I do however recommend moving it outdoors within a short time if assembled indoors, Unless of course you like the scent. Also, recommend placing near your water supply unless you are okay with hauling the hose around..to fill it We used a total of 2 1/2 large bags of soil which left about 3" between the soil and the top of the bed. Haven't decided on what I will plant in it.. will update with photos when I do!I’m sure we will use it every year. And get many years of use out of it.. It's a great addition to our home! At a wonderful price!

FInished Product looks Great, Perfect Planter for Wife's Herb Garden.
This product arrived on time and was well packaged, although Amazon over packed it for extra safety. The Pro: Once assembled, unit looks great and fits the wife's plans perfectly. I get an "A" for gifting. It is sturdy, holds plenty of dirt for growing even root vegetables or winter greens and herbs. Coated with a sealant, it looks great and should stand some weathering. You should be somewhat handy to safely assemble or get a little help from someone who is handy. Assembly is straight forward and dovetail joints + tongue and groove boards are a nice touch. The Con: Wood is soft and was already showing signs of mildew in a few places. Wood was extremely dry so that, the tongue/grooves were splintering. I was able to clean up the splintered edges with a construction knife (simple hand tool) sand them and assemble the unit using the instructions.!! Warning !! The brackets installed on the boards are razor sharp, my daughter and I both sustained deep cuts by hitting the corners of them with our bare hands. Once we applied first aid and cleaned up the apparent murder scene, we assembled the unit which looks great and functions perfectly.Tools recommended: Supplier includes a very nice magnetic tipped screwdriver. Using this is a little difficult due to large number of screws and slightly awkward angle of approach. If you have a cordless drill, recommend a 6" x #2 Philips head bit. This will keep your hands away from sharp brackets and really speed up assembly.Further recommendation: Once assembled, I recommend a light sanding & coating this thing thoroughly with waterproof sealant. The wood is not waterproof and will start to rot quickly in ground contact. Also recommend getting this sealant deep into the tongues and grooves as well as the dovetail joints at the ends of the side boards where water may tend to get trapped.I would (and probably will) buy this again but be ready to do a little work. Once assembled and sealed it will be a good, sturdy, long lasting product.

Love wood smell and look
Out of the box I am in heaven. I love the smell of wood. It is wonderful! The wood looks very nice too. I love the color and smell. It comes with instructions for assembly and isn't too bad to do. Even easier if you have more hands to help out. I think this is a good size too. I plan on using on the deck for produce I use often and then everything else out in the garden. What we love most here is we didn't have to build it ourselves really. We normally do everything at home after going to lumbar store. But have too many projects right now. So just assembling was easier and it's done.Look at how pretty the wood grain is! Love itIt did not have instructions but it was very easy to put together. I followed their picture from the listing. I did the short sides first then the long and it got squared up as I tightened everything.

Nice and big
So I put it together inside and it’s easy enough to move. Made a bit of a mess, but not bad. Didn’t mind pulling out the electric drill but the inconsistency of the dovetail fits was a little concerning at first. Overall, seems sturdy and MUCH deeper than other options on Amazon. Good for deeper rooted vegetables and such. The boards for drainage on the bottom may or may not be appropriately spaced, but we’ll find out. I’m so excited to use this as a planter and something of a privacy fence on the patio (placing multiple end to end)
