The media could not be loaded. My son (12) loves Legos and we wanted to do something different to keep him engaged. We got him this lighting kit for Christmas along with the Lego set (sold separately) and it was absolutely worth it! The instructions are easy to follow. Do not be discouraged by how small the parts are, just take your time and it will look great, everything fits perfectly. I'm very impressed by this kit and happy it was such a hit! We are using a power bank battery charger to power it but you can also use batteries or plug it into a phone charger, as suggested. It is very bright and colorful. We are looking at our next lighted project, it was very fun putting it together.

First off the seller made sure that I knew that I was only getting the led lights and not the lego insect collection, which I appreciated. The lights are nice and bright and the instructions were easy for my niece to follow, the lights really make the collection look great.

The media could not be loaded. Follow which way wires are connected. They go a certain way on connector boards push until click into place. Use tweezers helps a lot, tool provided is okay, best thing to use them for is to grab wires and guide them where need be. Tuck wires in back of build, instructions literally have 14 pages of different languages telling you to go to wack website For instructions kinda silly but whatever. Also don’t leave these things running all the time unless you have a fan pointed on it seriously gets hot quick from lights. Could see melting issue if left on constantly.

The media could not be loaded. It took me 2 hours straight without brakes. It was fun to assemble, however if you not into electronics it might take you a little longer. The details are tiny, it might be a little difficult to manage. The kit does come with tweezers, they came handy in the task of disassembling parts. Instructions are clear, every step is demonstrated with a picture. Very happy with the end result. The reasons that I gave 4 stars are time consuming and that the cables had to be twisted and hidden between Lego parts, and it looks a little bit messy to me, but there is really no other way to manage this.

Purchased for my pre-teen nephew and he was so happy! His dad helped him put the LED kit on and it is better than expected! High recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my Sonic-obsessed 10-year-old son a few months ago, and he still absolutely loves it!! You will need an adult helper, but it was super easy to assemble. Highly recommend, and I wish they had more styles available!

This has a gazillion wires and was very hard to build and took over 4 hours to build. The pieces were very tiny and in the photos they showed as very big. Also the wires were impossible to fit in the holes. Would not reccomend you pretty much have to manafacture the thing yourself even the pieces were bent and ripped. My son was very dissalointed to see how hard it was to build.

I bought this for my 8yr old. Although I installed the light set after he built his set. The parts are super small and needs finesse. I do wish there where less wires hanging around but it still looks really cool.
