These are just what I needed. My husband's recliner kept slipping out from under him when he got up. He fell a few times because he is unsteady on his feet. I ordered these and they were exactly what I needed. I had to trim them up a little to fit the chair, but that was easy to do. Now I can't move the chair even when I want to move it unless I have help. It makes the chair much safer for him.

I purchased these square pads to protect my hardwood floors on our remodel. I needed larger pads for the four sofa feet in our great room. I like the fact that I could cut them to size. They stick well, and protect my hardwood floors. Very happy with these pads. I highly recommend them if you have large furniture feet you need to cover to protect your wood floors.

I didn't use these pads for their intended purpose. Rather, I used them to solve a problem I was having with a new breadbox. The breadbox is made of flimsy metal and just opening the lid would send it flying across the kitchen counter and the hinged lid would fall all the way back as the breadbox flew away from the wall. The bottom of the breadbox had a rim around it so just one pad wouldn't help. I had to pile the pads three high for each corner of the breadbox. It's very easy to stick the pads together. Bottom line: the breadbox stays almost exactly where it sits when I open it -- pulls just a tiny bit away from the wall (and the lid no longer goes all the way back, which is what sent the breadbox flying before I applied the pads).I don't know if the pads would be able to keep furniture from slipping. If I push on the breadbox just a bit it will move without any problem.
