Arrived exactly as ordered. Was used for bay window seat and had for two years now and still bounces back to original shape. I would just recommend going slightly thicker than we did for a softer seat.

I ordered a test pad before ordering 6. I had bought garden furniture and was disappointed in the quality of the seating pads as they flattened quick and were pretty uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time . I couldn't justify buying new furniture so after reading reviews chose this company. Delivery was a few days was well packaged and pleased with the quality. Took my seat cushions from flat to nice and firm. Hopefully I can enjoy the garden this year without getting a numb bum

Fill in was slightly shallower than I expected, but fitted well in the end, and made the cushion softer and more comfortable to sit on....also sofa no longer dips in the middle...No complaints at all with the deliveryWas actually a few days early, and driver knocked the door and waited, giving me ample time to open it to receive my parcel..

Product fantastic, firm and well worth the money, how ever it took the piss to be delivered it took 3 different delivery dates before I actually recieved it, even then I requested a refund but they ignored my request and still sent it. I'm glad they did now. But if you buy from here expect a long wait
