550 Piece Puzzle for Adults OWL Flower Fiesta Karen Burke 24X18 Whimsical Bird Jigsaw KI Puzzles

The packaging looked fine, but many of the puzzle pieces are all mangled and bent. There are bubbles in the pieces as well, like the picture did not adhere to the cardboard. I can't believe a manufacturer would let something like this get packaged and shipped. Where is the quality control?? We buy a lot of puzzles, but will steer clear of this brand in the future. Sending this one back.

This brand was unknown to me so didn't expect it to be of such good quality. Pieces were interesting because they were all different shapes that fit together firmly. I like owls and I really liked this colorful graphic even though I have no idea why the owl has a monocle in one eye. I will not hesitate to try another puzzle from this company.
