This is a great little zester. It’s exactly what I needed. It makes tiny strips of zest, unlike a grater, and this is what was needed for a particular recipe I make. It’s sharp and doesn’t require a lot of effort to zest. Highly recommend. My ONLY complaint is the feel of it in my hand. The oversized handle just seems a bit too bulky. It’s a tad to big circumference wise.

It is hard to wax poetic about a zester, but I was quite pleased with this one. It works on lemons and oranges, giving appropriate slivers, and that is all I need it to do.

For years, I resisted buying a zester because I thought it was just not essential. I was so wrong! What a difference this little gadget makes! It is very easy to use-did NOT have to use much pressure at all in zesting lemons. The zest is fine and uniform in width. Didn’t get any of the bitter white part of the rind. So glad I got this!

This is a nice kitchen gadget for recipes calling for fresh citris rind. I've only used it on oranges so far -- would assume it's just as good on lemons/limes. It's reasonably priced and easy to use.
