This flour is amazing. It’s like normal full gluten American flour, but because it’s made in Italy; I (a person with celiac) can eat it and enjoy some of my favorite foods that I have been missing. I’ve bought this on repeat. Amazing texture, great for breads and pizza doughs, and just taste so good.

Great flour, no issues. However they ship it in a box without a bag so flour was leaking when we got it.

This is hands down the best flour for bread. We buy this regularly because it is perfect. My husband can even eat it, and he has a gluten intolerance. Now granted he cannot over consume, but he can eat bread and pancakes made with this on a limited basis, which is better than him not being able to eat regular flour.

However, my first order had a small tear in the bag, which made opening it a bit messy. Despite that, I will continue to purchase this flour because of its great quality.
