AMAZING quality/AMAZING feel to it. I use this to train Jiu Jitsu & it's more than durable enough to last through the rigors of training. I order a Medium (I am 6 feet tall/180 lbs). Was a bit on the tighter side, but I do believe I am in between a Medium/Large in most of my clothing. So, It can be a preference of a tighter fit or looser fit. In all, great product, will purchase again!

Do not confuse this black shirt with the white ones. I own 2 of the medium white shirts and loved them so much I ordered 2 of the black shirts. These are not the same shirts! They are not the same material even though the tags are identical. The black shirt does not stretch...can't even get it past my elbows before pulling over my head. Plus the material is more course...not soft like the white shirt. Both show 82% polyester and 18% spandex, but don't see how that can be the case. Will be returning the black shirts.Update: Was able to get my product returned via an exceptional reply from Optimal Human. They did agree that the two shirts are no the same and looking to separate them in Amazon. The Medium in the white equates to an XL in the black which I received yesterday and it fits perfectly. Thank you for the quick response and super customer service.

"Optimal" is truly the best way to describe this product. I own many brands and types of rash guards, and this is easily the best one I've purchased to date - it is a sleek, no frills, high quality rash guard. The ventilation gussets on the underarms are a huge plus, and I like that the torso runs longer so that it doesn't bunch up on my body when I train."Passion" would be another appropriate description. It is very clear that this rash guard was carefully designed and created to conform to the needs of an athlete by an athlete. Whether for BJJ, MMA, or cross-training in any other sport, this is a must-own product at an incredible price. I can't wait to see what Optimal Human comes out with next. Thank you!

I purchased several of these specifically for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA training. I think the best thing about this product is that 1) it is made of good quality and I look in them 2) the shirt doesn't ride up my back while rolling which alot of other rashguards do, and 3) I don't get too hot due to the dry wick material and the under-arm panels I guess :-) I will definitely be buying more!

Been wearing this rashguard for nogi grappling, and I'm very impressed with the way this rashguard stays in place without restricting movement. Credit goes to both the material, as well as the design (particularly the underarm material). Equally happy with this off the mat - used this many times to keep cool for various outdoor activities, gym sessions, even as a base layer for scuba diving. I'll definitely be looking at optimal human for my future sportswear needs.

I'm 6'2" and fluctuate between 155 and 160 pounds, and the medium size shirt fits me tight but well.

As with the long sleeve I recently bought - the fit and quality are awesome. It really is superior to my other rash guards in terms of fit/comfort, durability and breathability. Excited to see the next product innovation from this company. Awesome for grappling/jiu jitsu and training in general.

Absolutely love it! The feel of the material is outstanding, clearly the Optimal Human 1.0 Premium Standard Short sleeve compression Tee is in the upper echelon of compression apparel! i'll definitely be purchasing more of the Optimal Human offerings.
