I installed this as a hand wash faucet in the kitchen. This is in addition to our main faucet. I also have a point of use water heater. It's really nice to be able to wash your hands quickly without having to touch the faucet or wait on hot water. I bought this in 2017 and didn't get around to installing it 2018 or so. Then, a couple of months ago it stopped working. I was doubtful that I'd get any help from the manufacturer. However, I emailed them. After some basic troubleshooting, they sent me a replacement! Installed today and back in business. That kind of customer service deserves a 5+!

I wish I could tell people I was under the influence of something when I bought this contraption - I guess it was the pretty colors that baited me in... It was decent to install, but then began to malfunction soon after the second week. It would just have a steady water stream coming out all the time unless I shut off the water valves at the wall. I had to replace it with a brand that rhymes with "Melta" - they have nice "touch2o technology" models of faucets; one of which I have had in my kitchen sink for 2 years without any issues. I should have spent the extra money and got a Melta in the first place. Overall- put a friggin night light in your bathroom wall and avoid this dumpster fire of a bathroom faucet - it's not worth the headache!

The media could not be loaded. We received the package and the faucet was packed very very carefully. We also had to purchase the top plate because our sink has three holes and this is a one hole faucet, which was not a problem. However, the faucet works and looks beautiful. It’s very well designed my wife loves it, and the children get a kick out of it because it gives you a blue light, a green light and a red light. The downfall is the fact that you the temperature of the water with the standard handle you have to go under the sink to either change it to all cold or hot or combined once you start using it cold water With the blue light to warm water With the green light and turn to hot water with the red light. That’s the only downfall, but we become used to it. I wish that they would’ve given you the option of on deck water control as a standard faucet separate for separate for cold and mixing by combining both. If I had choice to buy again I probably would not. I would look for one that had that option overall, I do like it.

Love the functionality of this faucet! We did have a tough time installing, but once we figured it out it went smoothly! Never installed a faucet before.. Directions could be better. We Google searches YouTube to find installation videos for other touch less faucets and that helped. We have had it running for 6 months now in main bathroom- works perfectly. Love that this item comes with temperature control. Very nice boxing as well. You know it's quality when it arrives. I've already recommended to my friends. I research and I'm cautious - this is a good product to buy!!

When the temp valve is not compromised, and you get the temperature to your liking it works great. It takes sufficient water pressure for the led’s to work.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because I was looking for a motion sensor faucet for my hallway bathroom. When i recieved it I noticed some scratches around the light. I returned it for another and the second one had the same scratches. At this point I decided to install it since I didn't want waste more time. The install was easy for me only because I already installed a touch kitchen faucet. The instructions that it brings is not for the actual faucet you get. After installing it the lights do work and you see it change with the temperature how it should. The motion sensor was weak it was frustrating keeping the water running without having your hand close to the sensor. Another issue is that you can't control the power of the flow of the water. This product has a lot of potential, i hope they fix these issues. I ended up getting a regular faucet from Lowe's.

I purchased item Nov 2019, by Oct 2020 the box started to leak. I had to replace it.Positives- looks great, lights up, looks modern and saved on water. You didn't touch anything, just wave your handsnear sensor so that water is on.Negative- first box under sink leaked, didn't make a yearSecond - the water temperature cannot change once you set it. So it starts out cold then warms up to very hot 🔥 if you keep it on too long.This product may work for you if its install in a bathroom with low usage.I am going to Dell products. Dell has a telephone number and a warranty. I have to purchase twice seems I wasted my money for the look and not the quality

The installation instructions are inaccurate.There were scratches in the led.The light stopped working after a month..I tried replacing the batteries and that didn't work.Then the hot water would randomly be very hot and the cold very cold. Which is strange as the control for that is under the sink. Be careful if you have kids like i do.Tried changing the batteries again just in case and nothing.This is trash.It b is actually the first of two of these i had purchased. The second had most of the same problems but this one lasted a little longer.I just missed the window for a return.This is just garbage.If the seller reaches out I will change my review to reflect that.
