I PURCHASED THE MAX PRO SUPERBLAST SAFETY ALARM HORN BECAUSE I HAVE TROUBLE WITH BUZZARDS COMING TO MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE TRYING TO ROOST HERE. EVERYTHING HAS BECOME STILL AND QUIET BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY BOTH OF MY PARENTS HAVE PASSED AWAY (MY FATHER IN 2020) AND MY MOTHER IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR.BUZZARDS CAN SENSE WHEN A PLACE HAS BECOME SURREAL AND QUIET AND HAVE A TENDENCEY TO COME THERE TO ROOST BECAUSE THERE IS VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT TAKING PLACE THERE. BUT I DON'T WANT THEM HANGING AROUND SO I PURCHASED THE AIR HORN AND GO OUTSIDE WITH IT FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN NEEDED TO BLAST THEM AS MUCH AND AS LOUDLEY AS POSSIBLE.BELIEVE ME THE AIR HORN WORKS EXCELLENTLY IN KEEPING THEM AWAY. I HAVE PROUDLY USED THE HORN TWICE AND THOSE BUZZARDS DON'T LIKE THE DEAFENING HIGH PITCHED SOUND THAT IT MAKES. THAT HORN HAS MADE QUITE A DIFFERENCE , AND IT WAS THE BEST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE. Loud but very effective! I had a coyote hanging around my house, eyeing my cat for lunch. The second time I saw him, I had ordered this and used it. He head for the hills and I've not seen him since and this was months ago. Highly recommend to scare off animals. The fear seems to stick with them.

I bought this to terrorize my co-workers. Did not disappoint how loud this baby is! Scared about 4 grown men before it started to sound like a balloon squealing.

Product is good for emergency use, but not for prolonged use since it a VERY small unit. Expensive for the size of the unit.

There are larger versions of this for more money and I'm sure they're a little louder than this one is but this thing is awesome. I bought it as a non lethal form of deterrent towards pests of all variety while out in the wilderness as well as the city. You don't want this honked in your face, believe me it's loud and it's priced right. Like I said it's a little smaller so it'll fit in your pocket or your purse. Because it's smaller it's going to limit how much you can use it before it dies but like I said again the price was right.

We purchased this to keep dogs away while walking they do not like to loud noise it delivers, a good deterrent.
