We read that it is best to avoid olive oil because it carbonises at a lower temperature, this may be why some people say they have problems with GreenPans. So we only use Sunflower Oil and this pan works amazing. It is the best pan we have ever had, no competition at all.

i recommend it, nice looking pan, easy to clean. I have been using it for several months now and not like other teflon pans, this one doesnt scratch and seems to be resistant

First I would like to thank Amazon for your help with this item. They were great.All I can say is do not buy any Green Pan products, they are rubbish, expensive and cheaply made. Have defects after a very short time, in this case less than 3 month of use, and they don’t care about your safety. Even when they offer their non-toxic coating on their products. If you have scratched and dents, or in my case large clumps of coating coming off, their aluminium made pans they state in their response email are still safe even if the food is being exposed to the aluminium.These pans are made aluminium under that non-toxic coating. They go against their own safety when cooking foods, as there is exposure to aluminium, even if the scratch is small. Small particles contaminate you cooked food and over time this build within your body which cannot be remove. This can cause diseaseTo you in the future.Their customer service team is terrible and stated that these defects were not worthy of an exchange, and also completely my fault for the coating falling off, as I have misused or cleaned them incorrectly.I have always washed these up by hand with a non stick sponge, never stacked always placed side by side, never used metal utensils, only bamboo. What can I say, I always look after my stuff especially when things like this are not cheap.Please avoid their products, as they need to learn that they cannot treat people like this and that their non-stick coating has a serious defect, which doesn’t last very long.

The coating comes off easily on sharp or tight edges. This started almost immediately and continued for months. Hardly worth it for an expensive product. It has only been handwashed separately without hard abrasion and when the pan cooled.The pan works well for cooking and cleaning.

This is such a versatile pan. Clean up is a breeze. With the lid on, food cooks quickly. A “must have” in your kitchen arsenal.

need a new pan in this size ,so tried it out ,really a nice pan love it

Do not get these pan's I order set had to send back for replacement and the one's I received are already chipping on the edges. I have towels between each pan and I have not put them is the dishwasher, and if you just bump the edge with a wooden spoon they will start to chip.

Wow! This frypan in amazing!! Nothing sticks to it at all! I also love that it's toxin-free because many other brands have toxic chemicals in their cookware. The best part is it's dishwasher safe which means no more washing my frypans by hand. I can't wait to make many more meals with it! I highly recommend if you're looking for a good quality frypan that's easy to clean and nonstick!
