Kit included all necessary parts. Online video make installation instructions clear. Kit arrived by Postal Service a day earlier than expected. As a prime member, did not like paying additional for USPS delivery, but pricing was competitive despite that.

Although I thought this product was very expensive, it does the job. I have shades on all my windows and have learned to repair them myself to save time and money. It is actually easy to do and there are helpful YouTube videos to walk people through the process. I keep the cord on hand at all times.

Item as advertised and of high quality. Unfortunately I found it extremely difficult to remove the end gizmos from my cellular pull up from the bottom or lower down from the top multi-string shades that I purchased 17 years ago from Home Depot. One of the strings recently broke. Seems like their design is not intended for simple string replacement. But it did last 17 years. Also, none of the videos matched my shade construction on the ends, but such is life sometimes when dealing with Home Depot products.

Got an outrageous bid from a shade repair place. Looked at a how-to video and ordered. Easy to fix.

Saved me a lot of money! Easy to do if you follow the video. I bought an extra because you never know when you might break the string on a shade. Highly recommend!

This kit came with everything I needed except instructions as it is a generic kit. Good quality parts. Would order again.
