As a side sleeper I love being surrounded by this soft but firm pillow. Great for my hips to keep my legs resting comfortable.

This is big and bulky - but does the job. Hesitant to buy it but took the plunge. It has helped my shoulder so much! I use it “upside down” and just use my regular pillow to rest my head on because the “pillow” portion is too high for my neck. I store it up against the head board and stack my other pillows in front during the day to hide it away - great tip from another reviewer!

I have been using mine for over a year and have had U shaped pillows for about 3. This is a good pillow. It came promptly to my place and it is big enough for a big guy like me (Male, 6ft, 250lbs) to not need a leg pillow anymore.However, you must be prepared, it feels like it is only half full of foam and I had to order more from the Milliard website after a while. No amount of "fluffing" or "shifting" would move enough foam to raise my head to the right height. I started to have a very stubborn pain in my back directly between my shoulder blades because I was sleeping more on my arm and shoulder than anything else. The new foam did arrive promptly. I put the entire bag of new foam into the pillow and there was room to spare. Fortunately that did the trick the difference was night and day.Another note about pillowcases: you only get one (1). If you want another, you have to order another. But regardless, they are a lot more durable than the pillowcases I have used before. The actual inner part of the U will be taking most of the wear and tear. The half full nature of the pillow also does not help getting the pillowcase on and off. It is also very prone to pilling.In spite of everything I would buy it again and tell everyone who needs a new pillow to buy one like it.

If you are a side sleeper with pain in the neck and shoulders this is your new best friend. Since I’ve bought it I’ve had the best night sleep ever. I do wish it was a tad shorter but besides that it’s luxurious, soft, and extremely good memory foam quality

First, this thing is HEAVY. 65 inches long, awkward and HEAVY. It is cumbersome to move it from my bed to a chair or wherever to make my bed every day. It’s shaped like a big U and it is impossible to hide it when it’s not in use. Is it comfortable? It depends what you’re using it for. I bought it for support for my knees and back. Trouble is, it’s nearly impossible to put your bedcovers on it once you’re situated. It is somewhat comfortable, and it heats up fast, the same way a big fat body would heat up if it was laying next to you and keeping you from moving all night. I get what they were trying to do here, but it’s too much pillow for one body. A regular body pillow would’ve done the trick. Finally, it’s covered with a duvet that is zipped around it. It’s going to be a pain in the behind when it comes time to launder it. This thing is a beast and it’s maker is well intended. It’s just too cumbersome. If you don’t mind it being the elephant in the room when you enter the room it’s in, you probably won’t mind it. For me, it got old quick. I could return it but it arrived as compressed memory foam. It would be too much trouble to return it because it has expanded and must weigh an awkward 40 pounds now. I can’t carry that to the return center. No way. I should’ve thought this purchase through. My bad.

I bought several pillows and returned them because they were either cheap, or not filled correctly, or had inaccurate descriptions. This was a GREAT purchase. The pillow will come to full size once fluffed and sitting. I fold this and use it different ways and it always ends up maintaining its shape when I use it the "U" way. It's huge, and I have a Cal King bed....so if you are looking for small this isn't it. LOVE this pillow! Helps me get cozy, takes away pain & pressure, helps me sit up if needed, BEST pregnancy pillow I've ever had. It would be great for someone who had surgery or needs some propping up/different positioning.
