It is really good.
I love the quality it was really good. But one thing is if wheels were just below the bottom of bag it will be good. For this they are outside the surface so they occupy extra space & if something hits they may got damaged. Over-all it's a good product.

The wheel casing has broken in very first air travel. Part of pull handle. can the bag be replace
The wheel casing is broken in the very first air travel. The rod on which the wheels are mounted has come out from all the three places the rod was attached. The wheels and its casing are integral part of the pulling handle, therefore the whole handle assembly has become non functional rendering the brand new Urban Carrier bag useless on the very first travel just three days after receiving it. It has been a waste of money unless you replace it. I am now at my Kota address. Waiting for a favourable response, thanking you, your sincere customer.

Its too big to hold d dresses ...side and front zip was also have....but inside of bag, there is no another interior zip for gold d price things...they are having zip in norton side...it might be in front or back side
