Q: Timer setting not working. Why does the light turn off immediately after i set the timer?

Dear customer, For you mentioned the light turn off auto after you set the time, we find you may set the Scheduled Starting Time Mode by accident. Please find the differences and setting process for both Automatic Working Mode & Scheduled Starting Time Mode as below: Automatic Working Mode: Press TIME button for 1 second to let the indicator light blink on 3H to set the light continuing work for 3 hours before turning off automatically. Repeat the action to select the other working times, 6/12H as you need. (Noted: The light will turn on automatically the next day). Scheduled Starting Time: Press TIME button for 3 seconds to let the indicator light continuously at 3H, setting the light to start 3 hours later. Repeat the action to select the other working times, 6/12H as you need. (Noted: After setting successfully, the light will turn off in 10 seconds, and auto turns on in 3/6/12 hours later and will continue working until you manually turn it off). Hope that's work for you.
