Bob's Red Mill Organic Soy Flour - 16 oz - 2 pk

I buy this exclusively for making vegetarian meat substitutes. Everything I have made has been great. Tasted great when just cooked and worked well for canning as well. I will definitely buy this again.

I use it in a mixture of 3 parts atta to 1 part soy flour, to make flatbreads that are a complete protein source (complementary proteins). The soy flour I received was very fresh and tasted great.

Love this for low carb diet. Favorite has been used as batter. Would love more if it was cheaper. Can be found at Central Market for around $4.

I used to be able to buy this in the store but for some reason it’s no longer available so I was very happy to find it on Amazon . I eat low-carb and this soy flower is the perfect ingredient to meet my goals. I use it when making brownies or pancakes or any other recipe that calls for flour. It really has been a lifesaver to allow me to stick to the low-carb diet for so long and keep my weight off.

Actually it's not fair for me to judge this product. The recipes I have tried (in an effort to lower carbs) have been average at best. So I'm responding more from the perspective of it being a poor replacement for flour than on the quality of the product.

Good to find this at a reasonable price. I know do most of my baking with this high protein, low carb flour.

I needed defatted soy flour for my recipe and the product description did not explain whether or not this product was defatted. However, I baked a different recipe with the flour and it is a delicious product with a pleasant, buttery flavor.

Soy flour seems to be hard to find these days, but Bob's Red Mill always seems to have what I need!
