These have quickly become my favorite pants to wear when it's too cold for shorts and appearance isn't of great importance, like when going grocery shopping. They're comfy and durable. I had a pair last me about 2 years of near daily use before some of the stitching in the crotch gave out. Compared to your average pair of jeans these days, where it seems like you're lucky if they last 6-months before the seams around one of the back pockets gives out just wearing them 1-2X a week, these things are made to last.

I bought two of these for my trip to Alaska and then bought another pair for my trip to Iceland. They are very comfortable. They have elastic waist band to have some give. They come with a belt, although honestly don't really use them. They look great and would definitely wear beyond just hiking. They dry quickly and have some wind resistant. They are fairly lightweight so not meant for cold temperatures, although wore thermals under when it was cold for a few days.

Yesterday I went on a rollercoaster, and I didn’t worry at all about my dad accessories falling out of my pockets because I had zippers thanks to these babies.Even better, when I’m hot, I pull the pocket zippers down and get a cool breeze on my hairy dad legs.I give these the rare dad seal of approval.

Great quality pants and work pretty well on hikes. It does have a tight feel. I have soccer legs and these pants do fit a little bit tight. They stretch a little bit but it's almost like these are slim fit.
