Inspire Yourself

These are small little stories that have a summary statement. Many have the lesson toSurrender your worries and resentments to a higher power. Two years ago I was confused on this. Now I understand and it helps immensely.The book by a Catholic priest Abandonment to Divine Providence by Fr DeCaussade runs along the same path. But You dont have to be Christian to do this yet Jesus and others have spoken about this too. For this to work for me I have to keep this goal in mind numerous times through the day. I am not perfect at it but it has helped very much. If you know you have anger and worry and jealousy this book can be helpful. May God's Son Jesus or your higher power bless you in your time of seeking.

This is a great daily meditation book or to use when you feel down, frustrated, or like giving up. Open randomly to any page and there is always something there to inspire your self with, positive messages that help to get you moving through your day, bringing hope back into your thoughts.When you feel like you cannot do one more thing, put up with another icky day or mood, the walls feel like they are closing in on you or you are on overwhelm, then pick up this book and take a quick read.For instance on page 62, the Sparrow's Compliant, a wonderful insight into self and others.Blessings,Enjoy this book, mine is well read and still of use.

The author has endeavored to present ideas for self-transformation using stories of imagination, stories of students inquiring after truth, and other narratives to deliver messages of inspiration and challenge.

Life changing, a practical approach to life on a higher level.

Gold. I use it as part of my morning reading. There's also a good free app called Be Free Now for Vernon Howard.

I have not read a Vernon Howard book that was of great help - regardless of whatever issues you are seeking to resolve or just for personal growth.

Vernon Howard is my Teacher, his books are quintessential reading if you want to wake up, get out of your way, and acquire a free mind. Inspiring all the way!!! He is a shining star in God's Heaven.
