Size says for 6-12 months but my 18 lb 8 month old is SWALLOWED by this thing it’s so large, and she is not a teeny baby at all. She ends up leaning forward and trying to drink the pool water so I still have to hold her the entire time

Leg holes were like the size of my daughters whole body - 6 months, 15 lbs and 26” … definitely more for a 12 month or olderBut cute patterns and well made
