This turned out to be way to large for my AC unit. I cut the cross bar down and am considering cutting the arms back after the season is over. I think it would have been helpful if there was a size chart I could have chosen from. The design is awesome, you should share info with Forest Air since they only have 1 option for their 10k DIY mini at 135.00

Good quality bracket but missing hardware
The bracket is a nice quality unit that works great but the bolts and isolators that were supposed to be in the kit were nowhere to be found.

No instructions or size of bit required
Product came damaged and with no instructions. Not even sure what size masonry bit I need for the anchors. I'll be able to install it because I have experience however, if you're someone with little to no experience I highly recommend not buying this product.
