Rosewood Oyster Knife. Elegant Functional Oyster Shucker with Pakkawood Handle by Savee.

This is a very nice looking and quality item.It feels really good in your hand and you cant help but like the looks of the knife.Now for the bad about it.This knife is not for older people and especially if you have some artheritus in ur hands.The handle was so small i could not open the oysters with it.You just dont have enough handle an leverage to turnit to pop open oysters.I kept it but had ordered me one with a large handle and i like it much better.Would only recommend this knife to the young an strong. Lol

My wife and I are pleased with this oyster shucking knife. This knife is far better than the old cheap knives we used in the past. The full tang and guard are very useful. I would say this knife is VERY well built. We used this knife on Pacific oysters and compared it with an offset oyster knife. The straight blade of this knife was a bit difficult to deal with the multiple oysters that we commonly find on our shores BUT, for individual oysters this knife performed very well. we shucked our limit with much greater ease than we have in the past. We plan to use this knife as a backup to the offset knife.Cheers,

The knife seems small at first, but it is solid and well made. No problem cracking open the oysters! Compared to the cheaper one I had for a long time (which had a very weak and bendable blade), this one seems like it'll last forever.
