Incorrect size
Good quality plant tray but I ordered two 27x27x5cn in size & received two 25cm x 25cm in size. It was even labelled 25cm rather than 27cm. I will keep it as it's too much hassle to return for a cheap item but now I don't trust their sizes to reorder two 27cm trays as originally needed.

Check measurements - rating based on measurement issue not quality
I received this saucer and it was too small for my plant pot. The measurement they give is actually the top of the rim which then slopes down and inwards therefore making the flat bit your pot sits on smaller. It’s a 3.5cm difference so you need to order a saucer that is a minimum of 3.5cm larger than what they quote. I have reordered a larger one as they are worth the money but just not very accurate on the measurement they give. Fingers crossed it fits!
