Q: Can you swim with these?

these dont work under water simply because the water activates the touch features causing the music to stop/start etc. I also got these for swimming and you cannot use them if you want your head to go below the waters surface but they do work great for pool lounging and can get wet without any isssue.

Q: Can they be used as a sleep bud?

Yes, I use them for that purpose. They are secure and have good battery life.

Q: I have had the case plugged in for over an hour and it doesn’t show the battery level going up. Why?

Yeah you have to push the USB-C cable in TIGHT to the earbud case.

Q: So if i keep my head above water will they work in a pool or hottub just hanging out

Yes, never get anything electronic wet. Unless it's rated to do so.
