This is a very useful tool, when having small, company meetings. Every participant gets to take away the same copy of what was recorded, instead of their own scratchy notes, that may vary from person to person. In addition, each person can concentrate on what is being discussed and get involved, which invariably leads to agreement on how to proceed.Regarding the Electronic Whiteboard assembly, the instruction are a little confusing. Like everything else, once you have done it once, the next time is easy. Fortunately, these products are very reliable, so you probably won't have to do it again, unless you move it to another location.TIP: When attaching the printing mechanism, after the board is on the wall, or the stand, tape over the holes at the top, as it is oh so easy to drop one of the small screws into the printing mechanism.
