very flat and holds to the surface great doesn't move around easy to turn and no corners to catch will recommend to my friends' great price and fast service did have a smell to it but it was gone in about 1 hour after opening it not a very strong smell like some others

I love this mat. It spins easily when you put your fingertip in one of the grooves on the edge. I also had a square one similar in another brand, but found that I was always running into something on my cutting table when I tried to turn it. This one, you know exactly how much room it takes. For the money, it is a great unit. Would like to know if there is a larger one, maybe 16 or 18"?

Pretty little mat
nice color, good cutting surface, not quite sure about the rotating feature. It does turn, but I am not quite sure if it is actually turning on its base or if the whole thing is just turning. Guess I could tape down the base to my table and find out, but I haven't gotten there yet. The little finger divots are a really nice feature. I have had it about a week and the smell has not yet entirely dissipated. Despite its questionable turning, and the smell, I do like it quite a bit and would recommend it to others .

Love it!
I really love this mat. I had another rotating "round" mat that I did not care for at all - the finger scallops on this one make it much easier to move in exactly the increments you need. Much easier to work with than the square rotating mats which I also have. My only critique is that I wish it were just a little more substantial. I plan to use it heavily so I'm hoping it will hold up over time. Great price point by the way. Fast delivery - very pleased.

Purchased this mat to replace my original turntable Olga mat that was just worn out. Love this new one. The finger grips are much handier than I expected. The mat’s lines are easily visible and a sharp blade quickly cuts the fabric accurately. I’m glad I gave this mat a try.

14" self healing mat
It is the perfect size to keep on my sewing table when I am making quilt blocks. This is the main reason I wanted it. I am able to trim and measure as I go along without having to get up and down.Yes I would recommend it.

It is a great size for quilters. It will work great for squaring up small quilt blocks.

A verynice cutting mat
I am enjoying the 'just right size' of this cutting mat. It is the same material as my much larger dress cutting mats. Love it.
