Melamine Dinnerware Sets - 12pcs Square Plates and Bowls Set, Dishes Set, Black

If you are like me and you have no idea what melamine means, you may want to read this. We initially bought these to upgrade our current set of hard plastic dishes. We liked the idea of the lip on the edge since my husband is a bit of a clutz and spills. These were at a great price and couldnt pass up. Once these came in I only opened the one box and guess what…it’s plastic. They were definitely light weight, but unfortunately that is all I can say as we returned these as we wanted something like porcelain or ceramic. They are not microwave safe, and says top rack dish washer only. I know a 10.5in plate will not fit in the top rack of my dishwasher.

Not worth the money . Don’t buy it it looks nice but is super cheap material . Can break if u look at it twice .

These are garbage. We picked them out for color, stackability, and shape. I have had melamine plates before and have never had such issues as with these. The description says dishwasher safe, but after two washes my plates are warped and no longer stack. These were absolutely not worth the money. I could have picked up plastic plates from the dollar store that would have lasted longer than this.

The description says that this is dishwasher safe, but after washing after initially taking the set out the package, the plates warped. I’m very disappointed. Not worth the money

I love the shape of the plates. The quality is very cheap.
