KMR Liquid Replacer for Kittens & Cats, 11oz cans (6-Pack)

This kitten formula is absolutely the best!!!We found 2 abandoned 1-day old kittens in our back yard (yes, we left the kittens alone all day but the mother never returned & they had been without food for about 9 hours). Anyway, we took them in & went to the local pet store (Pet Smart) for help. They sold us the KMR Liquid Replacer (two separate cans in the photo). The kittens absolutely loved this stuff, but at $11 a can, we soon looked to Amazon.Some reviews said that the cans were different from the advertised picture, which is true. The six cans in my picture is how they came, which were similar to the cans I bought at Pet Smart. Another review said that it was watered down or of poor quality, that’s just not true. I compared the color and texture of both the Amazon & Pet Smart formulas and there was no difference. Lastly, for the final seal of approval, I gave both to the kittens… These kittens absolutely love this formula! They suck it down without any problems at all.Tomorrow, the kittens will be 3-weeks old & they are growing so fast! They are alert, eyes wide open, they can see and hear, they are purring, they are starting to cuddle, starting to walk, and the male kitten just woke up, waddled over the the small make-shift litter box I made, and went pee on his own today (twice), then waddled back the his bed. So proud of that little guy. I added this last part because I have used the KMR Liquid Replacer (from both Pet Smart & Amazon) since finding these babies in our backyard.Honestly, I wouldn’t trust or use anything else.

So for one they sent me the other cans not the ones like soda cans as pictured which is fine but what I do have an issue with is the consistency of the milk. After I shook the milk to oblivion, poured in my furbaby’s bowl and noticed white chunks. I scooped them out and it seemed kinda oily maybe they were just powder that didn’t dissolve but it was weird considering when I bought these same cans from the store that did not happen. Also, my kittens loved the milk from the store I mean they almost ripped my hands off while pouring but this milk.... Well they were kind of iffy about it like something was different. Needless to say I have about six cans left and they don’t like it anymore. Either they put grew milk or somethings just not right. I will update after I buy a few more cans from the pet store. I spent a lot of money on this milk (12 cans) they better have the same reaction I to the pet store milk (same milk, same brand.)

We stopped using it for our abandoned kitten at 5-6 weeks old and introduced it to the powdered replacement. Kitten is happy and thriving!

My orphaned kittens started out on the canned milk and refused to drink the powdered milk. I had to scramble to get more. This is the one I always turn to for kittens. Always the best results and the best for the money.

Best I can say is at this time they are plump and playful. They have received all the nutrients they needed till they transitioned to soft and hard food.

Cats love and although expensive, worth it!

all the kittens I have fed loved this product in the ready to feed cans. nun of my kittens that I fed liked the power and it dose not mix up it is so lumpy. I even put it in a blinder and I had lumps. If a kitten gets one of the lumps in its throat it will choke them ( Powder Not a good product).

This was a much better buy than the pet store. Used it for our rescue kitty. She really thrived on this milk.
