For the last month I have been taking this medication, in fact I loved it so much I ordered three bottles so my menopausal girlfriends could try it. I had clarity, lost 7lbs in a month, drank loads of water when I usually am slow to drink, walked, felt amazing, all in all I thought I had found the fountain of youth, in my haste to look great, I did not read too much about the side effects, for me, in March the Dr told me my blood pressure was a little high, and I needed to lose some weight and get fit, these last few days has seen me in the emergency medical centre with insanely high blood pressure, so bad the Dr wanted to admit me, luckily for me the Dr was very kind and worked with me to find a blood pressure tablet to lower it and although each day I had to report to her, and found myself lying on a stretcher in a dark room, it seems that this wonderful natural product for me had a reaction with BP, I am so sad, I've never felt so good, that turned so bad, so maybe start off this on a lower dosage, and see how you go, if you have high BP maybe caution and see a GP before you take it.

This stuff does not work miracles, but it's a step in the right direction for me. Anxiety causes me to overeat. I'm afraid that I'll wake up hungry in the middle of the night if I don't stuff myself before bed. This has helped me combat that anxiety. While I'm still overeating for various other reasons, I can now get to bed on time instead of reaching for three "last" servings of whatever.

I have Chrobic Fatigue Syndrome/ME/ Fibromyalgia and Rhodiola has helped me immensely.

This is my miracle supplement. Within 10 minutes I can feel the butterflies settle down, my focus increase, and my fatigue decrease. The days I forget to take it and I feel some flightiness - I quickly remember I haven't taken my rhodiola yet. I definitely do not feel this would be a supplement for anxiety medication but it has helped me to feel more calm. One downfall- a little too much and you may feel gut your twist in a different way - not related to anxiety. Build up your dosage overtime to what you may need.

I looked through all versions of Rhodiola Rosea available for purchase on Amazon, and this was the best price I could fine. Now, overall, I love Rhodiola so much. I literally take it everyday, it's a staple in my vitamin routine. I ran out the other day, sadly, and I haven't had as much energy at all, since then. Same goes for my husband, who takes it daily, as well. I can't wait for my next delivery to come, because it gives me energy throughout the whole day, and helps me to work out regularly, and with more intensity.Update: why gelatin? So pointless. Will be purchasing a product that doesn’t involve animal cruelty.
