I own several different Aeromat weighted balls and they work very well some of my workouts.i highly recommend them. Very solid and sturdy. The handles are comfortable and the ball is well balanced in my grip.

I have the 30-lb version and I love it. The best thing is the rubbery grips that are comfortable and easy to hold. The grips are not hard and plastic-y which would cause hand pain. Nor are they soft and foamy which would wear out quickly. They are just right which is important for such a heavy ball.The rest of the ball is solidly constructed of firm plastic.This is not a ball that has any bounce. You don't want to be throwing it to another person or against a wall or floor. Its sole purpose is to be gripped and it functions perfectly in this regard.

8lb ball with handles. Good for variety of different exercises. I bought to help with shoulder surgery recovery.

I really debated on whether or not I needed to buy another piece of exercise equipment, but decided to go ahead and bite the bullet when I saw this one. I love how well made it is and my hands fit comfortably in the handles. I am using it in conjunction with Tapout XT2 and have found that adding this 6 pound ball really ups the intensity and difficulty of many exercises (such as jump squats!). I am very happy with this medicine ball and am now contemplating my next weight.
