Organic Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine and Ginger by Naturo Sciences (Three Pack, 360 Capsules)

I started taking this supplement because of all the positive things I've heard about turmeric, and this product has made me a believer. I have been suffering from joint pain for the past couple of years, and since taking this supplement the pain has significantly decreased. I am in less pain after a long run or heavy workout. At night, my joint stiffness has pretty much disappeared. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I'm a bjj practicioner so sometimes stuff hurts. This has helped with recovery and in those rare times when something is pressing on my sciatic nerve I up my intake and I'm back on the mat in a few days.

I tried this for the first time last spring to treat osteoarthritis in my knees. Within a month, my knees had much less pain. Last summer I was able to hike in the Colorado Rockies for the first time in several years. My pain is not completely gone, but no other supplement I have taken has made a difference before. I use it to calm inflammation that causes fibromyalgia pain. I think it works better than any other curcumin product I've tried (and I've tried many). Curcumin with absorption-enhancing ingredients has so many health benefits, It's a regular in my supplement routine, especially as I age.

Great supplement! I eat an anti-inflammatory diet and taking this along with my other vitamins and supplements in the morning as been a great addition.
