Absolutely!  There is a pocket on one side of the mask that allows you to put one of two different scented packets- but it's easy to just take the packet out and use it without.
This is a really good product and I am happy with it.  I wish it got a little warmer but it stays warm enough for as long as you want it to be warm.  I put in eye gel first because I have dry eye syndrome, and this really gives me relief from the problems the dry eye gives me.
