I had dry, painful, and flaking knuckles. I wash my hands multiple times a day and there is not a brand of eczema lotion/cream that can keep up. Other big brands like Aveeno, Cerave, and Gold Bond can't even compare; mind you, I've had this issue for years. This cream is MAGIC. Once arriving, I used it right away and it cleared up the next day. There is no pain nor flaking anymore, I am super happy with this purchase. The cream itself is not too greasy, very lightweight, and absorbs into skin very quick. A very small dime-size squeeze can do wonders. I will buy again when I run out.Because my skin is prone to eczema, I will be trying their other products such as body cream & body wash by this particular brand. Thank you!

I've only been using this product about 2-3 days and am super impressed w how effective it is! I wish I had taken a before pic. My issue is only one one finger, dyshidrotic eczema, but it was getting bad. Scaly, blisters, flakey, cracking, disgusting, with ungodly itching and burning. I was skeptical this would be as pointless as the other stuff I'd tried. I was wrong. It's practically magic! There's still a couple blisters but as I stated, it's only been a few days and I'm hopeful since everything else is pretty much all healed. Such intense relief! My finger's tone is returning to normal already too. I just apply not even a pea sized amount a few times a day. So it was an expensive tube, but i expect it will last a LONG time, and will def be replacing once it does run out. Seriously, try this stuff!

Not a miracle cream but it is quite good. Having really thin skin, cleaning every day and living in a colder area, means my hands are constantly dry, no matter the medical/over the counter/homemade creams I try and try. I get a quick release from dry cracked hands with this cream and I consider it to be towards the medical grade. I still consider wearing plastic gloves when cleaning and winter gloves outside, drinking lots of water, exfoliating and using moisturizer daily to be the way to go usually but this cream is a good try.Given the price and the size of the tube, I do not believe I will be repurchasing. I do recommend it for people with similar problems.

I have eczema and, lately, crepiness in my hands. I moisturize frequently and have a prescription cream, neither of which seemed to be helping. One application of this and my hands were back to their former glory within 24 hours. So pleased! The only downside is that it is so thick that it takes quite a while to absorb no matter how little you use... but that's why it works, so there you have it.

It seems to be helping my peeling fingers a little... But every time I use it the back of my fingers start profusely sweating and I have no way to stop it. I can't do anything with my hands for about 20-30 minutes due to the greasiness and sweat, so for that reason I'm only giving 3 stars.UPDATE: Finished the tube with little to no effect on my hands. They were probably worse off by the end. After finishing the product I decided to try a different route. I tried to keep myself more hydrated instead and cut out all caffeine. This was a tough habit to break for me as I consumed 600-800 mg of caffeine a DAY. But low and behold, after two weeks of drinking only water, my hands were 90% back to normal, though my phone still can't read my fingerprints yet.I think this product would probably be great for many people, but if your dry hands is due to you being dehydrated constantly, you might try fixing that first!

I'm using this for my hands as I am constantly washing them due to being in a farm situation. This puts wonderful moisture back into my hands and they are almost back to nor.al after applying just before bed as well. I have 2 patches on my knees also and the roughness has gone completely now in just under a week of using it 2x a day. Great product and highly recommend it for others to try as well.

This is the best hand cream for my eczema. My knuckles used to turn bright red swell, itch crack and bleed. I tried every OTC hand cream and even a prescription steroid. Nothing worked. I tried this one day since it was rated by allure. I am glad i did. Within weeks I noticed a difference. Have been using for over a year now and won’t go without it. use it every night before bed. Also note that The other versions do not work -only this one in the dark blue tube with eczema on it.

A little pricey but we'll worth it. I have eczema and between washing dishes, constantly washing my hands and using hand sanitizer my hands were raw and dark. Used the lotion for a few weeks and they cleared right up! Glad my cousin recommended this. Her doctor recommended it to her.
