Good for iPhone X and S8 edge
I purchased this for my iPhone 8 Plus, unfortunately even when I took the case of my phone it was still to small to fit. I did however test a S8 Edge that fit and IPhone X that also fit both with cases on (no crazy extra heavy duty cases just normal ones). I will be returning this product because it does not work for me, if you have a iPhone X or S8 Edge I would recommend it though, there was still plenty of room in the case for keys and wallet with those two phones.ProsSmall and allows you to store phone(see photo for iPhone X w/ case on still in holder).Clear screen is great allows me to quickly access phone.ConsDoes not fit the bigger IPhone 6,7,8 Plus models (see picture for iPhone 8 Plus)Bottle will not stand up on its own so if you plan on using this in the gym it can get annoying quickly.

Convenient but leaky
I've logged about 50 miles running so far with two of these. Here are the pros and cons in my experience.Pros:- Comfortable fit on the hand. No need to grip, they're tight enough without being too tight and the thumb hole is added security.- Convenient window for viewing the bulky iPod they now make (I miss the smaller one for running) and perhaps a cell phone to stay connected while running far from home.- Headphone port through the cell phone sleeve for easy access, and two compartments in the sleeve. One up against the clear plastic and another behind to separate money, ID, etc.- Bottles go in and out of the sleeves easily and they stay secure. I don't imagine the material will tire of stretching and become loose anytime soon.Cons:- Not terribly easy to squeeze and get water. It's not a matter of grip strength so much as how far your thumb goes around the bottle. I suppose those with really long thumbs might have an easier time, but average-handed people will find it a bit more difficult or have to suck on the cap to get any water.- One of my caps is tight, the other leaks like a sieve. It's a combination of the screw-top not sealing well and the cap's rubber "flapper" not sealing well.- Expensive... I believe my Nathan running back pack with a water bladder and hose was only slightly more expensive than two of these, and it holds way more water, holds more valuables, etc. If you're looking for handheld hydration, there are cheaper options out there.

Perfect solution for those who do not like arm bands or fanny packs!
Since most women's shorts do not offer pockets to hold anything more than three pebbles, my daughter has been on the hunt for a way to carry her phone. She does not like arm bands and fanny packs aren't her thing. She had been carrying the phone in her hand. This product provided multiple solutions to critical runner problems - hydration and all benefits of having a phone during a run (safety, tracking, music, etc.). Her iPhone 7 was a snug fit, but it did fit - even with a Life Proof case. The size of the water bottle is perfect for providing hydration without feeling like you're holding a gallon jug. She loved this product so much, I'm considering abandoning my arm band for this simpler, multisolution product.

This bottle leaks!
Since first use, this water bottle leaks. I thought maybe it was from condensation or overfilling, but after having ditched using ice and only filling the bottle 75%, it still leaks so bad that the phone pocket is soaked. Its job is to hold water and keep a phone dry, and it's unable to do this. For the cost, it's not worth it.I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend.Maybe a different brand makes a better product.

Not worth the money
The water bottle itself is great but the remainder of the product falls far short of expectation. The phone section is outdated. It still includes a port for wired headphones (so 2011). It is undersized by today’s cell phone standards. It leaves no room for keys, gels, etc. It is not ported to allow for sound from the speakers. The zipper is not waterproof so speaker holes shouldn’t be that big of a deal. The hand strap is comfortable but extremely short lived. The strap cinches via the reflective piece of material which breaks down very quickly leaving you no way to secure it against your hand. The strap is also very cheaply attached with but a single line of stitching. The bottle is noisy. If you’ve ever heard a squirrel sound the alarm when a predator or danger is near, then you know the sound that this bottle makes. It screams as it sucks air in to fill the void left behind as you drink.Push comes to shove, this was likely a great product in 2012.
