Lo Han Kuo Beverage (Momordica Tea)

I have been looking for this tea for about 9 years. I taste great and no tea bags to worry about. Just boil the water and put in a tea square.Something to try, you wont be sorry.

My acupuncturist introduced me to this tea. I drink it daily when I start to get a cold. It helps relieve coughing and does not cause the side effects I get with cold medicine. It was recommended to me to drink it morning and night but I noticed that I couldn't sleep if I drank it at bedtime. But I definitely recommend it for a daytime tea.

I have chronic Asthma and I drink this tea twice a day. I believe that it has helped to keep me from getting acute flare=ups of asthma. I was disappointed that they changed the packing without any explanation. I am uncertain whether this is the same item that I was previously using..
