Bought this one to replace the adapter for my Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2 + 1 Laptop. It didn't charge the battery. It supplied power, I think, but didn't charge the battery. Hum. Did a little research on line, like I should have done in the first place, and discovered that the completely useless "keep it in house" scumbag managers at Dell had the charging system designed so that the battery charging system has to talk to the adapter by chip in Dell proprietary lingo before the charging system will work. If you want your battery to charge, you have to buy Dell. I don't like that kind of stuff and it will cost Dell my business in the future. But for now, I had to buy a Dell adapter. I gave this one a one star because it advertised that it would work with my laptop. I sent it back and got my money refunded. Then bought a Dell which was cheaper anyway.

I was having a consistent problem with the battery not being recognized and discharging. Laptop was just out of warranty, how convenient. Dell wanted me to get the extending warranty and ship it in. I went to all the websites and tried everything, Bought a new Dell charger, no luck, tried pulling battery and reinserting every different way the sites recommended, no luck, deleted BIOS and reloaded half a dozen times, no luck. Bought a new battery, no luck, changed the charging terminal to the mother board, no luck. I finally read someones statement that they bought a charger with a higher wattage above the 45 watt that dell fits with the computer Inspiron 5795. I bought this 65 watt charger for 20 bucks and guess what, been working perfectly for 4 months now I am very pleased.

Yes, it charges the Dell notebook but slower than the original power supply. The wire going into the computer to charge the notebook is thinner and doesn't seat all the way into the computer.

I originally ordered this product 6 months ago. It worked as expected until a few weeks ago when it suddenly quit charging my laptop. I contacted Superer customer service and unlike many companies, they were quick with their initial response as well as keeping me updated with tracking information and because my charger was still under warranty sent me out a replacement charger quickly and free of charge. I will definitely look for this seller again when the need arises.

I like it and I am buying another one. I think my laptop might be burning these out and its the highest wattage that I could find.

Charges my Dell 5759 at the full 65W unlike some of the other cheaper adatpers on Amazon.

Not sure what more I can write... It powers my Dell Inspiron just fine.

Product showed up with ripped box and looked like it was used. I don’t feel that I should had to pay for the return. I have know idea how to recover my money.

I bought this in January this year. The charger has stopped working and since it is still under warranty, anyone has any idea how can I replace this?

We lost a cord for our laptop, and ordered a replacement. It arrived quickly and worked with our particular model.I recommend this vendor, and product.
