Great Phone. Great Customer Service.
I buy Blackview because of the rugged phones and the superb customer service. I am typically rather rough on my phones due to my line of work. I would say on average my phone falls out of my pocket about 2-3 times per month. This particular phone has also survived being dropped in a river and in a bucket of water. Screen is rock solid. I can take a serrated blade or even a Ginsu to the screen and doesn't leave a mark, which is a bit surprising since there are minor marks on my screen from being thrown into the same pocket as my car/house keys. Only MINOR complaint is the touch screen sensitivity. Could be more responsive; however, after switching to a different home launcher, the sensitivity improved. So I am not blaming the phone (could be the thickness of the protective glass too, but I wouldn't change that feature).Customer service is TOP NOTCH! I have dealt with a variety of customer service reps from various companies in the past, and I would rank Blackview as #1 hands down. I submitted an issue that I had and within 48hrs (I think even within 24hrs) I not only had a response but a resolution. Within 3-4 days of my initial contact, I had complete resolution.I am a StraightTalk customer. I have been for over 10+ years. When I purchased this Blackview, it said it worked on T-mobile and did not list StraightTalk as incompatible. Now the listing has been updated to include StraightTalk. I can say for certain, that this phone does still work on StraightTalk; however, I do miss approximately 1 out of every 20 texts, which is no big deal for me. I can say though, that I have not upgraded my SIM card since StraightTalk upgraded to 5G service, so I am probably an exception and again I am not blaming the phone. I plan on upgrading my phone to another Blackview, so hopefully they will be compatible when I am ready to buy. This is my 2nd Blackview phone and I plan on buying again.

Compatibility issues solved with recent system update
While I did have some compatibility issues with South Florida's AT&T all has been solved with a Blackview android system update. At this point this phone is the best I have ever had. Generous amount of internal memory. Reasonably good camera. Much less bulky compared to my old phone / armored case combo. I have put a little bees wax on the USB port plug. This plug has a very tight fit and I was afraid that the force necessary to open it threatened to break the tiny tether retaining the plug to the phone. The wax has made the opening process more precise and controlled. Overall, very happy.

Definitely not drop proof!
We got this phone for one of our kids due to the accidental dropping and breaking screens. The description says it could withstand a minor drop, but clearly that was inaccurate
